Position Title
IVIG Account Executive – Chronic Infusion Therapy Services
Summary
This field-based role is ideal for a self-driven sales professional with experience in home infusion therapy. You’ll take full ownership of your territory, building and maintaining high-value referral relationships with specialty providers in Gastroenterology, Neurology, Dermatology, Rheumatology, and Immunology. This is a high-growth opportunity with uncapped earning potential, selling IVIG and other chronic therapies to clinics that rely on strong, consultative partnerships.
Salary
Base: $110,000 – $150,000 (based on experience). Uncapped commission; top performers earn $250K+ annually. Additional perks: health benefits, vehicle allowance, laptop, phone, ongoing training.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and manage a strong referral network within specialty clinics in Palmdale and surrounding areas. Drive the full sales cycle from cold outreach to onboarding and referral volume growth. Promote IVIG, biologics, and other chronic infusion therapies as top-tier service solutions. Build and maintain long-term relationships with physicians, clinic staff, and care coordinators. Track pipeline activity, goals, and outcomes using CRM or other tools. Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to refine strategy.
Qualifications
3+ years of sales experience in infusion therapy, home health, or a similar healthcare model. Successful track record selling IVIG and other chronic therapies. Experience managing a referral-based, relationship-driven territory. Strong clinical acumen and ability to articulate value over price. Excellent communication and follow-up skills. Comfort with field-based work and frequent local travel.
Preferred Attributes
