Translate members' priorities into actionable engagement across programming and insights
Maintain accurate CRM records and manage scheduling, invoicing, and event support
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience in account management, relationship management, or customer success
Strong servicing instincts and pride in quality follow-through
Comfort managing multiple accounts and projects simultaneously
Tech-savvy with experience using tools like Google Workspace, Salesforce, or similar systems
Solid project management skills and professionalism in handling sensitive relationships
