CCTV Technician

We are seeking Security System Technicians to join our team! You will be responsible for performing daily routine and emergency service calls, Troubleshoots, Diagnoses, repairing malfunctioning equipment, and installing and testing the security CCTV systems if needed.Job Description / Duties / Responsibilities :

Performs daily routine and emergency service calls.

Troubleshoots, diagnoses, and repairs malfunctioning equipment / systems.

Installs and tests the security CCTV systems if needed.

Maintains accurate and detailed records of work performed and materials used.

Follows safety practices to safeguard against injury and damage to property, and be familiar with local and national safety codes.

Must be able to work with minimal supervision and may provide training and assistance to less senior technicians if needed.

Must be able to provide exceptional customer service.

Must have good communication skills both verbal and written.

Requirement :

High School Graduate or GED Equivalent

Must have 3+ years of experience installing and servicing various CCTV systems

Must have in-depth knowledge of troubleshooting residential / commercial alarms, CCTV, and access control systems.

Able to work overtime when needed

Must be available for on-call hours

Must be able to pass a drug test and a background check

Must have a clean driving record

Must have or be able to obtain an A.C.E. License (Alarm Company Employee)
