[job_card.job_description]Administer and maintain Active Directory environments across hybrid infrastructure Design and configure internal and external Windows servers Develop and enforce cybersecurity standards for Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) Manage Microsoft 365 / Exchange Online, SharePoint, VMware vSphere, and Microsoft Hyper-V Maintain technical documentation and asset configurations Provide after-hours support and mentor junior IT team members Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 5+ years of experience in IT administration Strong knowledge of AD, Group Policy, DHCP, DNS, and LDAP Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online Experience with VMware and Hyper-V virtualization platforms PowerShell and scripting capabilities Familiarity with NIST 800-171 and CMMC compliance frameworks Strong communication skills and attention to documentation Certifications such as Security+, MCSE, or MCITP Experience with SIEM tools and security monitoring Prior experience supporting infrastructure in regulated environments Ability to work independently and travel to international sites Medical, Dental & Vision - multiple plan options to fit your needs 401(k) with employer matching - invest in your future with company support Company-paid life insurance & short-term disability Generous PTO, holidays, and sick time - for work-life balance FSA / HSA options - flexible spending for healthcare expenses
Job Title : Windows Systems Administrator / Analyst
Salary : $100,000 - $120,000 per year (depending on experience)
Location : Hybrid - 75% remote / 50% onsite in Massachusetts or Connecticut
Employment Type : Direct Hire
Travel : 10~20%
