Executive Assistant
The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and governance support to the Executive Director and the Council. Responsibilities include managing complex scheduling, coordinating communications with senior industry and government stakeholders, and overseeing documentation for NPC governance, meetings, and studies.

Qualifications include :
Bachelor's degree in business administration, public policy, communications, or related field (preferred).Minimum 5 years supporting senior executives, government officials, or high-level advisory bodies in nonprofit, government, or energy / industry association environments.Experience managing complex calendars and preparing formal meeting documentation (agendas, minutes, action trackers).Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to draft clear, concise, and professional materials.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to handle confidential information with discretion.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration platforms.Familiarity with federal advisory committees, energy policy, or the oil and natural gas industry (helpful but not required).Compensation is commensurate with experience and competitive with similar Washington, D.C.based nonprofit and advisory organizations.
