Key Responsibilities
Lead, develop, and scale the Sales Engineering team, establishing operating models and performance standards
Own technical storytelling, ensuring team mastery of demos, workflows, and competitive positioning
Provide oversight on complex enterprise deals, guiding solution design and integration requirements
Required Qualifications
10+ years of relevant experience in healthcare technology, consulting, or enterprise software
Background in sales engineering, consulting, or client services with strong technical familiarity
Demonstrated success in leading and developing high-performing teams
Proven ability to build relationships with healthcare executives
Experience in revenue cycle operations and EHR integrations is preferred
