We are looking for a passionateFinancial Analyst

Schneider Electric Federal is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support its growth ambitions. This role will report to the Director of Finance and is responsible for partnering with the commercial team to produce meaningful Orders and Revenue forecasts as well managing the fixed cost profile of the group. The ideal candidate will have experience in government contracting, a strong understanding (or willingness to learn) of FAR / DFARS compliance, and the ability to work cross-functionally to influence strategic decision-making.

What do you get to do in this position?

• Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
• Manage the fixed cost profile of the business
• Monitor and interpret contract performance metrics including actual vs. planned revenue, cost, and margin.
• Partner with Program Management, Contracts, and Operations teams to align financial reporting with contractual milestones and funding profiles.
• Analyze cost structures and recommend improvements to maximize profitability and cost recovery.
• Prepare and present financial reports to leadership, auditors, and internal stakeholders.
• Assist with the development and maintenance of key financial dashboards, KPIs, and ad hoc reports.
