Doctor will be asked to readgeneral diagnostic studies,which include MR, CT, US, and X-ray. MSK, and Body preferred. Provider must hold a CA license and live in either CA, CO, MI, NY, SC orFL. They can't work in another state.The reason the radiologists need to reside in one of those states is that, at this time, DHMF is only enrolled to bill professional services for Medicare patients in those states.Rates for Must be included in rates.Orientation $257.50 - half the hourly / callback rate, kicks in after 8 hours. Per hour of orientation or training beyond 8 hours Hourly $515 - Per hour, not OT Holiday $772.50 -Must be 1.5x the hourly rate. Per holiday hour, no OT Schedule / Availability : As soon as credentialed, credentialing can take up to 90 daysShift time : 8 AM - 5 PM or 9 AM to 6 PMDuration : 8 hoursAssignment : Weekends only- current weekends that are open.
