Position Overview : The Accounting Manager will oversee daily accounting operations and play a key role in month-end close, financial reporting, and process improvement initiatives. This is a hands-on role working closely with senior leadership in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment. Key Responsibilities : Lead a 3-5-day month-end close Manage month and year-end close process Prepare and review financial statements and reconciliations Manage general ledger activity and oversee journal entries Foreign currency exchange Partner with FP&A, auditors, and internal teams to streamline processes Identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement Technical Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance CPA and / or MBA preferred, but not required 5-8+ years of progressive accounting experience from a multi-entity environment Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting 1-2 years of supervisory or management experienceBeacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and / or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
