Pay : $60,000 – $75,000+ (Based on Experience)

What You'll Do

Run Winning Campaigns : Lead the development and execution of digital advertising strategies across Google Ads, Meta, The Trade Desk, and programmatic platforms.

Drive Results : Focus on ROI, customer journey mapping, conversion tracking, and analytics-driven decisions.

Support Multiple Accounts : Manage a portfolio of diverse businesses across industries in Arizona.

Collaborate with Leadership : Partner directly with Kellen (Head of Digital, Scottsdale) and our leadership team.

Test & Innovate : Help adopt and implement new advertising systems and technologies.

Report & Advise : Deliver clear reporting and actionable recommendations to clients.

What We're Looking For

Experienced Strategist : 5+ years of proven digital advertising experience with measurable results.

Technical Expertise : Hands-on with Google Tag Manager, GA4, programmatic advertising, funnel building, and advanced analytics.

Optimization Focused : Skilled in improving ROI through campaign adjustments and conversion tracking.

Client-Savvy Communicator : Able to clearly explain strategies, results, and insights.

Team-Oriented Leader : Takes initiative while collaborating effectively with clients and colleagues.
