We don’t run a mill — our therapists average 12–14 visits per day , supported by PT techs, streamlined workflows, and a strong front desk team. If you’re fast, efficient, and good with patients, you’ll thrive here.

We use Prompt EMR , an AI-integrated documentation platform that lets you finish most notes during treatment sessions — not late at night.

Interested in pelvic health? Balance? Athletic performance? If you’ve got a passion for a niche, we’ll support you with education and structure to build it out over time.

Pay ranges from $41–$55 / hour , depending on productivity and case complexity — and we don’t put a ceiling on what you can earn long-term.

Responsibilities Job Responsibilities

Deliver excellent outpatient physical therapy care

Manage a caseload of 12–14 patients per 8-hour day

Use Prompt EMR for fast, in-session documentation

Collaborate with PTs, techs, and admin to keep flow efficient

Optional : begin exploring a clinical niche of interest

Show initiative and professionalism in all patient interactions

Required Skills Required Skills and Qualifications

DPT from an accredited program

Active Texas Physical Therapy license

Comfortable with fast-paced outpatient settings

Proficient with EMR systems (Prompt a plus)

Desire to grow within a team that rewards effort and results
