Job Description

Manage all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and execution. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment for all team members. Oversee material procurement and delivery schedules to avoid project delays. Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for clients and internal teams. Review and interpret construction plans, specifications, and contracts. Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts promptly and efficiently. Ensure quality control measures are implemented throughout the construction process.
