Be among the first 25 applicants. The Varsity Tutors Live Learning Platform connects thousands of students with online Cyber Security tutors nationwide. As a tutor on the Varsity Tutors Platform, youll have the flexibility to set your own schedule, earn competitive rates, and make a real impact on students learning journeysfrom home.

  • Base contract rates start at $18 / hour and increase for specialized subjects. Youll also earn higher pay for each session with the same student, up to $40 / hour.
  • Get paid up to twice per week, ensuring fast and reliable compensation for tutoring sessions you conduct and invoice.

  • Tutor remotely using our Live Learning Platformno commuting required.
  • Get matched with students best-suited to your teaching style and expertise.
  • Our AI-powered Tutor Copilot enhances sessions with real-time instructional support, lesson generation, and engagement featureshelping you save prep time and focus on teaching.
  • We handle the logisticsyou invoice for your tutoring sessions, and we take care of payments.

What We Look For In a Tutor

  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, engaging teaching style.
  • Expertise in Cyber Security and the ability to explain concepts clearly.
  • Ability to personalize lessons and adapt to different learning styles.
  • Priority given to those with tutoring or teaching experience and graduate-level education.
