Patriot Heating and A / C is a growing residential HVAC provider in Johnson County, KS. We are seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC / R systems, with the ability to service , and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who is comfortable working in various environments. As an HVAC technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive high-quality service and efficient system performance .  The position is out of our office in Shawnee, KS.

Responsibilities :

  • Service and repair HVAC systems in residential buildings
  • Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to prolong their lifespan
  • Test installed systems to ensure they are functioning properly and efficiently
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC systems

    • Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget

    Requirements :

  • 5+ years of HVAC service experience preferred
  • Strong understanding and desire to educate customers on products and services
  • Strong knowledge of refrigerate systems, equipment repair techniques.
  • Must be able to lift, push, pull or carry heavy objects up to 50 lbs
  • Must be able to climb ladders and work in small crawl spaces / attics
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to operate a van for job site transportation.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills for effective client interaction.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Experience with Service Titan and / or plumbing a plus.
