Job Description

What is the opportunity?

• The Senior Financial Analyst serves as the administrator of the FA Select program, ensuring that the Financial Advisor (sales professional) select plan is aligned with PCG's long-term strategy. Incumbent must understand performance management expectations, standards, and risks associated with work processes, how work is processed from beginning to end, and dependencies to other areas and departments.
• Act as subject matter expert, liaison between the business users and the technology groups, analyst and problem solver on assigned programs and projects.
• Lead and work with various partners to effectively deliver solutions to PCG system issues and other PCG initiatives
• Incumbent must understand the units' key drivers, performance metrics and operational processes, and work with business leaders and other functional areas to develop business cases in support of specific business initiatives.

The good-faith expected salary range for the above position is $80,000-$115,000 depending on factors including but not limited to the candidate's experience, skills, registration status; market conditions; and business needs. This salary range does not include other elements of total compensation, including a discretionary bonus and benefits such as a 401(k) program with company-matching contributions; health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance; and paid time-off plan.
