Indy Roof & Restoration is expanding across Indiana and hiring experienced roofing sales professionals to sell residential and commercial roofing projects in assigned territories.

This is a sales-only role. You focus on meeting homeowners, presenting solutions, and closing jobs. Our team handles production, scheduling, insurance processing, and back-office support so you can do what you do best -- sell.

This is not an entry-level position. It's built for self-driven closers who want long-term upside.

What You'll Do

• Run in-home and on-site roofing sales appointments
• Sell residential and light commercial roofing projects
• Present proposals and close contracts
• Work assigned territory within a ~1-hour radius of your home base
• Follow up on leads and active opportunities
• Build strong relationships with homeowners and referral sources

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of roofing sales experience
• Comfortable running in-home sales appointments
• Confident, professional closer
• Self-directed, organized, and accountable
• Strong communication skills
• Valid driver's license
