In this role, you will provide essential support for monthly conferences, ensuring smooth operations and a positive experience for attendees. This position requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities :

• Assist with the registration process for monthly conferences, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Provide exceptional customer service to conference attendees, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns.
• Maintain organized records and documentation related to conference activities.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure all logistical aspects of the conferences are handled effectively.
• Prepare and distribute materials for conference participants as needed.
• Monitor and respond to emails and other communications related to conference planning.
• Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, data entry, and report generation.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the attendee experience.
• Support the team in addressing any last-minute challenges during conferences.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and procedures throughout all tasks.
• Proven experience in an administrative or customer service role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in using office software and tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively under deadlines.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• Experience coordinating events or conferences is a plus.
