Job Title : Plumbing Design Engineer III

Location : Oakland, CA, United States

Duration : Direct Hire Full Time Role

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Responsibility for plumbing system selection, engineering & design
  • Preparation of Plumbing drawings, sketches, analysis, specifications, and calculations
  • Demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Providing management and oversight of plumbing support staff
  • Providing construction administration & site observations related to your projects.
  • Delivering exemplary service and support to team members and clients.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS :

  • BSME, CPD (or equivalent experience)
  • 2-10 years’ experience in MEP plumbing design / consulting
  • Working knowledge of IPC / UPC and IBC standards

    • PREFERRED :

  • A Professional Engineering License
  • LEED Accreditation
  • Working Autodesk® REVIT knowledge
