The Opportunity :

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing & Administrative Coordinator to support both client development initiatives and daily office operations. This role is ideal for someone with at least two years of marketing, event planning, or administrative experience who thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. Strong organizational skills, initiative, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential for success.

Key Responsibilities :

Administrative & Office Support :

• Serve as front desk point of contact : greet visitors, answer and route incoming calls, and maintain the reception area.
• Manage mail distribution, office supply inventory, and overall organization of common areas.
• Assist with conference room set-ups, firm lunches, celebrations, and other internal events.
• Support employee onboarding / offboarding processes (e.g., updating firm directory, access codes).
• Coordinate scheduling for firm meetings, interviews, and internal trainings.

Qualifications :

Compensation : The expected hourly range for this position is $23.00 – $27.00 per hour . Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including the candidate’s work location, experience, qualifications, and skills.
