Responsibilities :

• Prioritize tasks to meet customer needs and coordinate resources effectively.
• Manage team staffing levels and interface with strategic make center personnel and leaders.
• Develop and implement training programs, coach, mentor, and employee performance development.
• Ensure technical quality of engineering tasks, product compliance, and provide critical oversight to team members.
• Collaborate on functional or factory improvement projects and participate in root cause analysis.
