Description :

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider to provide outpatient cardiology coverage on a locum tenens basis.

This is a clinic-only position with no inpatient responsibilities.

The provider will manage follow-up visits after procedures, annual cardiology visits, and acute outpatient cardiology visits.

The role includes inbox coverage for providers who are out of the office.

This position offers a collaborative team-based clinic environment with full medical assistants, registered nurses and front office staff.

The patient volume is approximately 16 visits per day, focusing on follow-up and established patient visits only.

Additional duties may include management of inbox correspondence for absent providers.

Candidates must be comfortable working independently within a team-based care model.

Strong clinical skills and the ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff are essential.
