Enterprise Application Engineering Manager

A company is looking for a Manager, Enterprise Application Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of Enterprise Application Engineers, overseeing their hiring, onboarding, and career development

Develop and maintain the strategic roadmap for enterprise application and integration architecture, acting as a technical consultant for business leaders

Manage SaaS applications, including Google Workspace and Atlassian stack, while ensuring security and efficiency in identity and access management

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

7+ years in Enterprise Systems or Application Engineering, with at least 3+ years in a management or technical lead role

Deep experience with Google Workspace and Atlassian stack in large-scale environments

Expert-level experience with Identity Providers such as Okta, including policy creation and integrations

Proven experience in building and managing integrations and automating IT processes using scripting languages
