Build impactful relationships with patients and families, understanding their needs for a more personalized recovery process. Collaborate seamlessly across departments to deliver coordinated care and provide direct patient support as needed. Act as a resource for colleagues, guiding them through complex patient scenarios. Celebrate every small triumph achieved by our patients along their recovery journey. Valid RN license as per state regulations. Current CPR certification (ACLS preferred). CRRN certification is a plus. A year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred.
