Billing Follow Up Representative Lead

A company is looking for a Billing Follow Up Rep Lead.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily claims submissions and resolve charging issues affecting claims

Manage collection of insurance receivables and review accounts for reimbursement delays

Monitor productivity and quality, providing feedback and training to team members

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED

Typically requires 5 years of related experience in a medical / billing reimbursement environment

Comprehensive knowledge of department-specific procedures

Knowledge of medical terminology and coding (CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS)

Ability to lead, coach, and train a team effectively
