Professional Services Engineer

A company is looking for a Professional Services Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as a dedicated Resident Engineer for one account, focusing on the success and growth of solutions for the customer

Develop and deliver technical solutions by applying industry knowledge and understanding of client's business goals

Manage daily activities as a trusted advisor, supporting deployments and troubleshooting while leading resolution activities with stakeholders

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Engineering Computer Science

5 to 10 years of relevant experience

In-depth skills acquired through advanced training and experience

Ability to work independently and engage customers during projects

Strong multi-tasking skills with multiple customers across different project phases
