Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in a Chief of Staff, Business Operations, Program Management, or similar role

Strong organizational, prioritization, and workload management skills

Proven ability to work with financial and performance data, with advanced Excel skills

Project and program management expertise, with a track record of driving cross-functional initiatives
