The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience.

Obtains blood samples from inpatients / outpatients by established collection techniques appropriate to the age / level of difficulty of the patient, Performs all duties to the identification / accessioning / labeling / distribution of samples for assay,

Performs all skills as defined by department competency checklists,

Section III : Job Qualifications / Education / Training / Certification / Licensure

Successful completion of a formal medical assistant / phlebotomy training program,

National certification preferred not required
