Job Overview : We are seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor to join our team and provide professional counseling services to individuals in need. The ideal candidate will have experience working with diverse populations, including individuals with developmental disabilities, adults and geriatric, in various home-based environments and or clinic setting. Candidates who preferably already reside in Tucson or are in the process of relocating.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct individual and group counseling sessions
• Develop treatment plans based on clients' needs
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques such as motivational interviewing, crisis intervention, behavioral therapy, psychotherapy, and art therapy
• Provide patient care with empathy and understanding
• Offer support and guidance to clients facing mental health challenges - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
