Join our dynamic OCI Security team as a Principal Program Manager where your analytical skills and leadership will drive the success of our cloud security initiatives. Technical Skills and Qualifications :

Over 5 years of experience managing technical programs focused on data tracking, reporting, and analytics.

At least 7 years of project management experience, especially in release management and data processes.

Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional programs and effectively representing your team at executive levels.

Exceptional communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to various audiences, including executives and technical teams.

Expertise in developing detailed reports, dashboards, and visualizations to monitor project progress and security metrics.

Strong analytical skills to extract and interpret large datasets for actionable insights to enhance security.

Familiarity with cloud security monitoring tools and industry best practices.

Good understanding of Security Policies and Standards within an enterprise context.

Key Responsibilities :

Design and deploy an effective tracking system to oversee the progress of security initiatives across OCI services.

Develop agile reporting dashboards for real-time insight into security metrics and key performance indicators.

Lead the formulation of executive-level reports to share the status of security programs and strategic insights.

Analyze security-related data to identify trends and areas for improvement, communicating insights to relevant teams.

Collaborate with diverse teams to establish and monitor security-related KPIs, ensuring data integrity.

Implement robust processes for data collection, validation, and reporting while adhering to security standards.

Partner with internal and external stakeholders to synchronize security tracking and reporting with industry standards.

Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in security reporting, recommending improvements as necessary.

Salary and Benefits :

Hiring range from : $97,500 to $199,500 per annum, with eligibility for bonus and equity.
