We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse LPN to join our team!

Want to join an established team in a unique home care setting?

We are looking for an LPN with availability to work on Saturdays for dayshift or overnights. We also have occasional Friday evening shifts (6PM to 10PM).

We have some flexibility and can work with a potential candidate to suit your availability. A commitment to working a minimum of one shift per week is required.

This could be an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to supplement their income or return to the workforce.

Our nurses are part of a professional team made up of direct support staff and a board certified behavioral analyst supporting a 28 year old, pleasant, young man with intellectual disability and autism who has a GJ feeding tube. Client is typically asleep during the overnight hours and the nurse is present with an awake overnight direct care staff person.

During the daytime hours we spend a lot of time out in the community so if you like to be active, this could be a great position for you!

Working together, the goal of the entire team is to provide the support necessary so the individual can live an Everyday Life with their health and wellness assured.

Recent graduates are welcome to apply (must have passed the NCLEX and have an valid LPN license).

We will provide training, including the use of a G-J tube and feeding pump.

The location is in a nice, clean home in a safe development in Sinking Spring with plenty of parking.

• Current Pennsylvania LPN license is required.
• Up-to-date CPR certification and clearances required
• Physical and TB required upon hire or one that was completed within the last 12 months.
• Experience working with individuals with an intellectual disability or autism is a plus, as a nurse or in another capacity.
• must have the ability to document on paper and using an electronic tablet.
• Must be willing to follow protocols, procedures, and behavioral plan that is in place

There could be opportunities for additional hours to help cover for vacations, PTO, etc. for other nursing team members, if your schedule would allow or lead to full time employment in the future.
