Job Description :

• Provide comprehensive nursing care, including the development and implementation of care plans.
• Administer medications, including narcotics, and perform specialized procedures such as IV therapy, chemotherapy, wound care, and oxygen therapy.
• Conduct dialysis, blood transfusions, intubation & CPR, tube feeding, catheterization, suctioning, and phlebotomy.
• Organize and oversee emergency response teams and direct healthcare staff.
• Lead and manage one assigned shift in the absence of a nurse 2 employee.
• Assist physicians in conducting diagnostic health evaluations.
• Document and maintain accurate medical records and complete necessary reports.
• Coordinate out-patient clinic appointments and manage prescriptions.
• Perform administrative duties and serve as a liaison within the organization.
• Conduct and participate in meetings and serve as an instructor when needed.
• Engage in problem-solving teams or groups as a member or leader.
