Job Title : Litigation Legal Secretary
Location : Irvine, CA

Salary Range : $85,000 - $95,000 annually
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to litigation attorneys.
- Prepare, edit, and format legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence with accuracy and attention to detail.
- File documents with federal and state courts, including electronic filings (e-filing) and payment of applicable fees.
- Maintain attorney calendars, including court dates, deadlines, depositions, hearings, and client meetings.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, conference calls, and meeting logistics.
- Manage case files, ensuring proper organization and compliance with firm and court requirements.
- Communicate professionally with clients, courts, and opposing counsel.
- Assist with billing processes, expense reports, and other administrative tasks as needed.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
- Support attorneys with trial preparation, including organizing exhibits, witness lists, and other materials.
Job Requirements
