Position Overview
We are a growing private psychiatric practice seeking a compassionate and motivated Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our team on a contract basis. This role is ideal for a provider looking for part-time, flexible work in a supportive private practice setting.

Compensation
- Contract position
- 70% of earnings (fee-for-service model)
Schedule & Flexibility
- Work 1–2 days per week
- Flexible scheduling based on provider availability and patient demand

Responsibilities
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations and assessments
- Diagnose and treat mental health disorders across the lifespan (as credentialed)
- Provide medication management and treatment planning
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with other providers and referral sources as needed
- Comply with all state and federal regulations and ethical standards
Qualifications
- Active PMHNP license in Nevada.
- Board certified as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
- DEA registration (or ability to obtain)
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a private practice setting
- Prior outpatient psychiatric experience preferred

- Administrative and billing support provided
- Established referral network
- Opportunity to grow patient caseload over time
