We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Live Chat Agent to join our dynamic customer service team. As a Live Chat Agent you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through real-time chat. You will assist customers with their inquiries resolve issues and ensure a positive experience. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries received via live chat.
- Provide accurate information about products / services and resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Document customer interactions and feedback for quality assurance.
- Assist customers in navigating the website and placing orders.
- Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor at all times.
- Meet performance metrics including response time and customer satisfaction ratings.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service preferably in a live chat environment.High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.Strong written communication skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism.Ability to handle multiple chats simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Proficient in using chat software and basic computer applications.Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.Key Skills
