The Opportunity :

This is an assignment-based, part-time, on-call, direct hire role with IST Management Services, performing office services work. There is no guaranteed minimum number of hours, and assignment lengths may range up to multiple weeks. Work assignments will vary based on client needs and availability. Hours will range from M–F, 8 : 00 AM–5 : 00 PM. No nights, no weekends. Accepting all assignments is not mandatory. All on-call team members are asked to submit their weekly availability at the beginning of each week. All locations will be centralized around the Seattle, WA area, with no more than one location assigned per day. Position will involve cross-training with potential to go full time. Business professional dress code.

This is an on-call position with no guaranteed minimum number of hours. Work hours will vary based on client needs and availability. All on-call team members are asked to submit their weekly availability at the beginning of each week.

Compensation : $22.00 - $24.00 / hour based on experience

Position is not Paid Time Off or benefits eligible.

Responsibilities

This is an assignment based, part-time, on-call, direct hire role with IST Management Services, performing office services work 8-30 hours per week.

• Shipping & Receiving - handling time-sensitive material like confidential, urgent packages
• Mail Room - processing incoming and outgoing mail
• Copier Services - handling incoming copy, scan, print and binding requests
• Facilities Maintenance - light maintenance of common areas and vendor management for any larger repairs, furniture and office moves
• Corporate Hospitality - including ownership of environment presentation and assistance with catering and events
• Records Management - scanning and physical filing
• Maintaining the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude
• Reception & Administrative Support : Serve as the first point of contact for the office, greet and check in guests, and maintain a professional, positive company image. Provide general administrative support, manage communications, and use Microsoft Office tools as needed
