DO AGENT : Job Summary :

We are seeking attentive and customer-focused individuals to assist passengers in the divesting process at security checkpoints. The Passenger Divesting Assistant plays a crucial role in preparing travelers for screening, ensuring a smooth and efficient checkpoint operation. By properly informing passengers about required procedures, this position helps reduce delays, minimizes re-screening, and improves overall throughput.

Key Responsibilities :

• Guide passengers through the divesting process before security screening.
• Provide clear instructions on removing items to prevent alarms or delays.
• Advise passengers to place personal items in their carry-on bags instead of bins when possible.
• Ensure passengers understand and comply with the following divesting requirements :

Place small metallic items (keys, coins, cellphones, headphones, large belt buckles, etc.) in carry-on bags or bins.
