Mayo Garden Centers is looking for a furniture sales associate and retail merchandiser. Applicant will primarily be in our furniture department assisting customers, ordering stock furniture and custom orders, and creating exciting displays. Applicant will have a say in the furniture we stock and the lines we carry. This position will report directly to the store manager and company owners and will assist in managing the furniture department. Applicant must be friendly and outgoing. Previous furniture sales experience is a plus. Mayo Garden Centers is a locally owned garden center that sells a wide variety of lawn and garden equipment, plants, garden supply items and outdoor furniture. Applicants will also need to learn about our wide variety of merchandise in order to better serve our customers. This is a full time hourly position that is eligible to earn monthly commissions. Pay is based upon experience .
