The Relationship Analyst is responsible to perform client service tasks in a well-organized and timely manner, having a complete understanding of bankers and the clients' needs. The Relationship Analyst operates independently in providing day-to-day client service. The Relationship Analyst plays a key role in client's retention and responds to more complex questions or requests, demonstrating initiative in researching, analyzing and problem solving, while exercising judgment regarding proper handling of customer request. The individual possesses strong organizational and communication skills, strong knowledge of the banking industry, and demonstrated experience in servicing high-net worth clients, specifically for LATAM.

The Relationship Analyst reports to the Sr. Relationship Analyst Coordinator. Essential Functions / Responsibilities :

• Customer Service
• Administrative

• New Accounts & Updates
• FX Transactions
• Wire Transfers
• Credit Operations
• Overdrafts
• Investments
• Back Office
• Digital Transformation

Education : Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience

Business Experience : 3 - 5 years of relevant experience or demonstrated required level of proficiency

Specialized and / or Technical Knowledge :

Languages : English, and Spanish. Portuguese is required only if servicing clients from Brazil.

The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.

Minimum : $52,500.00 USD Maximum : $90,000.00 USD
