JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for participating in all daily fitness center operations in order to ensure optimal performance of the Fitness Center. Provides safe, motivating, and effective exercise instruction with excellent customer service skills, strong communication skills, and the ability to motivate others.

DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Assist with day to day operations of the fitness center
  • Assist members with registration and check-in
  • Floor supervision
  • Equipment maintenance and cleaning
  • Provide member tours

OTHER FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Emergency protocols

    • QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must have and maintain current CPR / AED certification
  • Must be comfortable in a fast moving fitness environment
  • Must have customer service experience

    • Job Type : Contract work as needed

    Hourly : $15 per hour

    Schedule :

  • Monday to Friday
  • On call

    • Ability to commute / relocate : Charlotte, NC 27228 : Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

    License / Certification : CPR Certification (Needed)

    Work Location : One location
