Compensation : $80,000 - $90,000 / year, based on licensure and bonus opportunities

Provide psychotherapy to individuals experiencing psychological, emotional, or behavioral challenges.Oversee LPC providers and supervise CBRS workers as needed.Facilitate therapy groups and complete necessary assessments (e.g., CDAs) for insurance compliance.Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and maintain up-to-date documentation in the agency’s EHR system.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams , including facility staff, PMHNPs, PCPs, and other behavioral health professionals.Qualifications
Active LCSW License in Oregon (Required).Must maintain licensure and remain in good standing throughout employment.Ability to pass an enhanced background check through the Department of Health and Welfare.
