Key Responsibilities

Drive local sales growth through proactive prospecting and lead generation

Identify gaps in home and auto insurance plans to offer comprehensive protection

Build strong referral relationships within the community

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Must hold at least one active insurance license : Property & Casualty, Personal Lines, or Life & Health

Expected to obtain any additional required licenses before the start date

Passion for community connection and solution-based selling

Experience in delivering exceptional customer experiences

Ability to work independently in a remote setting
