Chief Operating Officer

THIS ROLE IS ON-SITE IN MIAMI, FL

A new premium health & wellness grocery concept is seeking a hands‑on COO to build and launch its first flagship store and establish the operational foundation for future multi‑unit expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead operations, supply chain, logistics, and vendor setup from the ground up.
  • Oversee store buildout, pre‑opening planning, and in‑store execution.
  • Establish systems, SOPs, hiring structure, and scalable processes.
  • Partner with the founder on strategy, investor interactions, and long‑term growth planning.

Key Requirements

  • Strong background in natural / organic retail, grocery, and fresh / perishables operations.
  • Experience launching stores or building operational frameworks in fast‑moving environments.
  • Startup‑minded, hands‑on leader able to operate onsite in Miami.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and team‑building skills.
