About the Role

We are hiring experienced crisis clinicians to provide remote behavioral health crisis assessments and clinical oversight within our Mobile Crisis Response (MCR) program.

This is a senior-level role, not entry-level. Candidates must have prior assessment experience and the ability to submit redacted samples of clinical work.

Clinical work is fully remote after in-person onboarding, orientation, and initial training at our main office.

What You'll Do

• Conduct remote crisis assessments via secured HIPPA compliant telehealth platforms
• Assess suicide / homicide risk, safety concerns, substance use, cognitive functioning, trauma history, and environmental factors
• Determine medical necessity and make diagnostic determinations within scope
• Complete all required clinical documentation.
• Provide clinical oversight and supervision to crisis staff connected to assigned assessments.
• Complete supervision logs, supervision notes, and chart reviews
• Participate in clinical staffing :

Licensed clinicians : monthly

Schedule & Pay Differentials

Additional compensation available for :

Priority and higher pay for nights, overnights, and weekends.
