KēSTA I.T is actively seeking a Lead Systems Administrator for   an immediate contract engagement with our government client.

Work Location : This position is ONSITE

Job Description :

We Are Seeking an experienced Systems Engineer to serve as a key member of an infrastructure team responsible for core systems and services that support enterprise technology environments. This role focuses on maintaining, securing, and optimizing server, cloud, virtualization, and storage platforms that provide the foundation for critical business systems.

Responsibilities :

• Support and maintain core infrastructure services that enable enterprise systems and applications
• Administer and support Microsoft Windows Server environments
• Manage Microsoft Active Directory Domain Services, including advanced configuration and troubleshooting
• Administer and support Microsoft 365 services and integrations
• Support cloud platforms, including Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS)
• Administer virtualization platforms such as VMware vSphere and VMware Horizon
• Perform advanced server and storage administration, including performance monitoring and capacity planning
• Apply infrastructure security best practices, including access control, patching, and system hardening
• Monitor systems using enterprise monitoring tools and respond to alerts and incidents
• Collaborate with networking teams using working knowledge of network connectivity and protocols
• Support Linux-based systems and services as required
• Assist with infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Provide support for related infrastructure components, including databases and storage systems
