Experience: 5+ years of (Law Firm) tax law experience

Practice Focus: Federal, State, and International Tax Law for technology, life sciences, and growth enterprises

Responsibilities:

• Support tech and life sciences clients at all growth stages
• Assist with mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and corporate finance
• Handle equity financings, technology transfers, complex licensing and collaboration arrangements
• Engage in domestic and international tax planning

• 5+ years of (Law Firm) tax law experience
