THE ROLE

The Manager Middleware & Identity Management ensures reliable operation administration and continuous improvement of the firms middleware and identity access management (IAM) technologies. This role involves supervising a team of technical professionals overseeing daily service delivery and implementing best practices to enhance interoperability system integration and secure user access. The manager balances operational excellence with people leadership to support organizational technology objectives risk mitigation and regulatory compliance.
