The Physician Assistant will provide professional direct patient care for the practice. The ideal candidate is personable, enjoys focusing on getting the best outcome for the patients, has experience working with joint injections / orthopedics and is a team player willing to work with a multidisciplinary team. Duties : Patient exam / evaluation- HPI, physical exam, medical history, review pertinent information / records / imagingOrder and review diagnostic imagingDiagnosis and Treatment PlansTreatments (injections, therapies)Order labs / testing and review the resultsReferral to other providers as indicatedDocumentation- timely and accuratePatient education- as to the diagnosis, treatment plan options and pre / post care instructionsQualifications : Graduation from an Accredited Physician Assistant programPhysician Assistant license in TXExperience working in Pain Management setting preferred but not mandatorySchedule : 4-5 days a week Benefits : Bonus structure Vacation (10 days PTO per year)Health InsurancePaid malpracticeReimbursed CMEWe are looking for someone long-term, interested in growth with the company.
