A company is looking for an Account Manager to join their Account Management team.
Key Responsibilities
Identify upsell opportunities and maintain routine contact with customers via phone, online meetings, and email
Develop and nurture relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and prevent churn
Manage the sales cycle, including pipeline management, negotiation, and contract closure, while meeting or exceeding sales targets
Qualifications and Requirements
Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the software or technology industry
Experience selling to manufacturing customers and understanding manufacturing processes is highly desirable
Knowledge of manufacturing software is helpful but not required
Bachelor's degree is highly desirable
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite
