Position Summary
We are searching for an Energy Modeler to join our global sustainability studio, BEYOND. This person will be the in-house professional for energy and carbon modeling, guidelines, and applications. This position is an opportunity for a motivated individual to work hand-in-hand with design teams on both new construction and commercial interiors to influence how projects are designed to decarbonize, maximize wellness, and repair ecology. This work will include LEED and code compliance energy models, CalGreen compliance, AIA 2030 reporting, and custom solutions and will also support the development and expansion of the BEYOND team’s building analytics goals.
This position can be based anywhere in the United States, with preference for cities where HLW has a local office.

Position reports to the Global Director of Sustainability and Wellness.

The expected salary range for this position is $65,000 - $90,000. Ultimately, in determining pay, we will consider relevant experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors.
