Job Summary :

Village Caregiving a reputable in-home care company located in Linden Tennessee is seeking a CAREGIVER to join our team. As a CAREGIVER you will be responsible for providing direct patient care in the patients home ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for the patient. This is an individual contributor role that requires a compassionate responsible and dedicated individual.

CAREGIVER Benefits

• Pay Rate : $16-17 / Hour
• Paid Training including CPR Certification
• Ongoing Training Provided As Needed

CAREGIVER Responsibilities :

• Assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing grooming and dressing
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
• Help residents with mobility by transferring and positioning them safely
• Record and maintain accurate documentation of residents care and daily activities
• Assist with feeding residents and providing hydration
• Communicate effectively with residents their families and healthcare team members

CAREGIVER Requirements :

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferably in-home care experience
• Ability to lift push and pull up to 50 pounds
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate patient and empathetic nature
• Flexibility to work weekends & holidays as needed
• Must pass a background check
